From a complete room remodel to hanging a T.V. How’s that old kitchen? Cabinets coming off the hinges? Maybe just a new look or fresh coat of paint? Flooring scratched up and needs replacing? What about that out-of-date bathroom from the 1980’s with the pink tile?! The Break-Down

 

COMPREHENSIVE CHECK-UPS:

  • One annual home plumbing safety inspection
  • Two (2) yearly check-ups on your heating and cooling system (covers up to two complete systems)
  • One yearly boiler check-up (covers one boiler system)
 

PRIORITY SERVICE:

Members of Honest Abe One receive this courtesy. We guarantee when you call in, that we will prioritize scheduling you over non-plan members. You trust us in your homes, we reward that trust by getting out to you as soon as possible.

 

NO AGE LIMITS:

No fine print or bait and switch. As long as the system is up and running, your equipment does not need a technician inspection, pre-inspection, or any other verification process.

 

TRIP CHARGES WAIVED:

Normally, we apply a small fee for the trip out that is separate from any repairs. Honest Abe One members get us out for free!

 

15% OFF ALL REPAIRS/UPGRADES:

For the length of the plan (One Year), clients will receive a 15% price reduction on all plumbing, HVAC, home improvement & remodeling services (max $500 discount per job). This covers equipment breakdown, accessories and fixtures or even upgrades- add a comfort height toilet, touchless faucet, new front door, UV light or air scrubber, etc. Use the discount every time, all year long. Includes new system replacements, new water heaters or boilers, sewer or water lines or full remodels!

 

NO DIAGNOSTIC FEES:

Most of the time our technicians can diagnose a problem in minutes. Sometimes, it takes longer, a lot longer. Diagnostic fees apply to situations where an extended visit is required to troubleshoot complicated equipment issues. Except they don’t apply to you.
